I forgot my password

Send us an email from the email address associated with your account and we can reset your password mail@lostfables.com

My account was hacked

It is more likely someone guessed or got a hold of your password. Creating a secure password and not sharing it with Anyone is very important and it is your responsibility to ensure it is safe. We are unfortunately unable to assist with any lost items/data with incidents relating to someone else accessing your account. You may contact us from the email address associated with your account to request the password be reset or the account locked.

I can't access the email address associated with my account

This email address is how we identify you as the owner of the account. You must ensure your email address is secure and you are the only person able to access it. We can not be responsible should someone else use your email address or if you are unable to access it.

I found a bug/Something went wrong

If you feel that you have found an issue, get as much information as you can. What happened? What did you do to make it happen? Can you replicate it? if so, how? Can you screenshot it?

The more information you can give the better. You can then use out Ticket System to report it to us.
